This is my experience with elite ford mahadevpura, bangalore

I gave my figo for 60k service on friday[protected], they told car will be ready in the evening, but evening when i called them they told car can be given on saturday @1:00 pm, i went there with my wife and seven month old son as we had some plan for the weekend after getting the car. They made us wait for six hours!!! And finally gave my car in a pathetic condition!!!
I had some problem with my key-set it was working fine with remote but manually it was not working. They asked me to replace and i agreed, when i reached there they asked me to wait as work in progress, every 15 min i was asking them the status they were telling another 30 min like that, it went on for many hours, finally when the car was out for delivery i found front left door lock was not working (Which was working fine when i gave the car for service) and mirror control panel was misplaced and hanging down!!! This is in a car which they gave for delivery!! When i complained they asked me to pay another 2800 rs to replace some door latch, i refused as it was working fine when i gave the car for service, they again made me wait another 3 hours with my family (They didn't even give the human consideration to my kid as well) and finally told they cannot fix it without replacing the part for which i have to pay.
I took the car and left there around 7:00 pm with my damaged car. The worst part was yet to see, when i reached home as i got a doubt i checked the car thoroughly and found the steering oil was leaking as the steering oil tank cap was broken!!! (I doubt that they did it purposefully).
Never expected these kind of cheating from authorized ford dealer!!!

    Hi friendz i won't to go for my interview n sadenly my ecsport car is not starting it is showing abs mulfunction problem i miss my interview if any one gone any where n he was alone how hi take the help i request to ford that plz repair this system in your cars n suggest me any thing what i do with my ecosport n your tool charge is so costly in 40km it's 2000 n up plz do something n repairy car

      Hi team,

      I am from vellore which is in tamil nadu.
      I hold a ford figo vehicle which i gave for service last week in sarvesh ford service and was charged around 8000 for service.
      There was some problem in vehicle and i have reported before service but it is not fixed. When i went again they are telling me to pay 33000 because injecter is not working.
      How come they have not found it during service and now it is not working.

        Sir. I neel agarawal, a customer of ford ecosport tiatanium regret to inform you that i was given wrong information about the launching of your new ecosport titanium model 2017 by an employee mr. Akshaya of your dealer, narain ford, lucknow, as i was willing to buy the new model of ecosport titanium he told me the new car will be launching next year, and i was compelled to buy the old model in september 2017, where as the new model has launched just about a month after i purchased the car. I'm extremely sorry to inform you that though i have spent a huge amount to purchase your car i'm full of disappointment and sad and feeling cheated as to being wrongly informed by your employee. And spent my hard earned money to get the old model, i am an old customer of ford cars earlier my family had got a ford figo itself now we had bought this one, i have full faith in your compay's policies to do the justice with your customers for their full satisfaction and keep its cutomer's relationship bond intact. I'll highly appreciate if you can help me to get my old model returned back to the company and provide me with the new model that i desired to buy. I'm looking forward to an early justice done to me

          I am having ford figo and two days back i saw yellow blinking on dashboard and when i took the car to ford service center shimoga... They told me two engine fuel injector failure and need to replace them and cost of each will be around 19000/- so total cost is around 40000/- my car has ran 50000 km and i never expected this and the standard reason given is fuel problem... Since it is common problem for most of the figo customers, it is their responsibility to correct this

            I am die heart fan of eco sport but got amazed after i was told by one of the sales representative of delhi ford dealer, that in order to earn more profit and sell the vehicle at big bigger margin dealers (Or may be the company itself) are not willing to sell the vehicle through csd.

            I contacted dealer 'delhi ford' and have been following with them since last 2 months but the way they ignored my passion and love to buy a ford made it really difficult for me to rebuild my faith in the company.

            Even maruti suzuki and honda did not differentiate between the sale and have been selling there vehicles since the launch of new vehicle through both csd and general option.

            Most disgusting part was dealing with the sales team who forced me to buy something i am not even inquiring for.

            Is there any one how can answer why dealers cant respect the choice and mode of purchase for someone passionate about ford like me.

              Sir, i purchased my ford figo aspire titanium plus, ts 07 ex 8899, from fortune ford, tolichowki, hyderabad on 05/03/2016. After the first service of the vehicle in january 2017, on 18th february 2017, there appeared a red symbol in the dashboard of the vehicle which was immediately informed to the service centre who asked me to take the vehicle to their service centre at tolichowki. After about ten days my vehicle was returned with the assurance that the problem was rectified and the vehicle was perfectly alright. But the problem reappeared on 6th august, 2017 with one more problem of vehickle jerking. This time the vehicle was kept for more than a fortnight and returned with a guarantee that everything was rectified. Today, i. E., on 08/11/2017, the same red symbol appeared in the dashboard of the vehicle for the third time. After the vehicle was returned to us in august 2017, the vehicle till date has travelled only 1700 kms. I use this vehicle very sparingly. I am very much afraid now to go out with family in this vehicle. Therefore, i no more want to keep this vehicle. I want full refund of the money that i had paid or a replacementof the vehicle.

                At the time of purchase of our new vehicle from kairali ford cheranellore, the sales representative told that we will get exchange offer for our old vehicle and the amount will be refunded within 3 months.
                As per that, new vehicle has been delivered on 1st april 2017. We had submitted all the relevant documents for exchange offer on time.
                Now more than 7 months over from the date of purchase. Till now i didn't receive any amount and i didn't get any communication from your team.
                Please let me know when i can expect the exchange offer amount.

                  My ford aspire serviced at metro ford, bengaluru during november 2016 and lately noticed reverse censor was missed. After get proper proof and enauire after 10 months dealer agreed their mistake but delaying to send spare parts. I felt am ranked no 1 in customer complaints in last 30 days for a same issue. Me and mobile tired of follow dealer and customer care. Stolen people normal. Effected people only still effect. Worst methodology you are following to resolve your customer complaints. Customer care too intented to close call not in solve issues. Wrongly choosed. No international standard in customer service.

                    Today i went to ti ford, last gate, dispur, guwahati for 3rd annual servicing of my ecosport vehicle bearing registration no. As-01/bp-4959. The vehicle was received there at 10-22 am and estimated time of delivery was given 2-30 pm. While i went to bring my vehicle at around 4 pm the work was not even started. After my arrival they started doing the work and hurriedly finished it and delivered it at 5-30 pm. At the time of receipt the kilometres was recorded 13025 km. At the time of delivery it was 13065 km. Now the question comes to mind 1. Why till 4 pm the was kept waiting. 2. Why 40 km had to be run. 3. Is there any motive of replacing my original parts with some duplicate parts. Waiting for a response.

                      Dear ford team,

                      I have been facing lot of issues since i bought this ford figo hr26cf6473 vehicle.
                      There are breakdown on an average every month.

                      Problems observed:

                      * electrical board problem took more than one month at harpreet ford - gurgaon
                      * frequent parts failure observed in sep-oct 2017 like pulley, belts, bearings. Serviced at gautambudh ford noida. (Cost paid-11000)
                      * again parts failure happened in nov-2017 now.

                      Now this is getting worst day by day and we are pissed off with quality of spare parts and workmanship.

                      We have 3 ford cars and 2 maruti, we have not faced these problems in maruti at 80000 km run.

                      We will never recommend ford to anyone.

                        Hi,
                        I have purchased ford ecosport from below showroom. My car stopped suddenly on[protected] on ahmednagar highway at 10 pm. It was just 1100 km. For god sake nothing happened. I was travelling with family.
                        After picking up car by nagar service centre they are not responding back. I dont know the satus of my car.
                        I am having business loss of rs-2000/- everyday because of your bad service and car issues. I never expected such behaviour from sales representative as well.
                        Can you please provide assisatance?
                        I have attached my bill of car.
                        I forgot to take chasi number. I have not received service at all. Feeling regret of purchasing ford car. I had waited for onroad assistance for 7 hours during mid night with family on nagar highway.

                            Dear sir,

                            It is bring to your notice that, i have dropped my ford fiesta car tn 04 ad 7311 at chennai ford, address: 423, poonamallee high rd, sbi officers colony, arumbakkam, chennai, tamil nadu 600029 on 22nd september, 2017 for wheel shaking problem.

                            I informed the service advisor clearly, when iam driving my vehicle more than 80km speed (Below 80km no issue), i observe some vibration and wheel shaking on front left / right side. Because of that issue, i can’t drive by car for long drive.

                            After two days service advised called me and confirm due to alloy wheels bend the vehicle is shaking. So we have to change the alloy wheels are normal wheel disk. As per his advice, i ask him to change the same for inr 7000/-. He called me on 26th july, 2017 and informed me. They checked with the speed of 80 to 100 km and vehicle is perfect. Base on his assurance i have paid overall billing of inr 16672/- and take back my vehicle from showroom.

                            I got a call from your customer care persons regarding service feedback. I informed them clearly i haven’t checked the vehicle on long drive above 80km speed. I will revert you later. Then i haven get any call back from your ford customer care.

                            I thought the issue was closed and i sold my old alloy wheels for only inr 4000/- at second hand market at chennai. Hope new alloy wheels cost around inr 40000/-.

                            Due to work emergency, i went to on-site for last 2months and came back last week only.

                            Because of the poor service and carelessness of the chennai ford, arumbakkam team members, still the issue is open and i have a loss of nearly inr 20000/-..

                            So request your good self to take this matter with chennai ford, arumbakkam team and close my issues. Either they has to solve the wheel shaking problem at free of cost are refund inr 20000/- for all the issues so that i will ratify the same in some other ford service center.

                            Hope i will get positive revert from your company at the earliest. Please force me to take this issue on legal.

                              Sir, i purchased a car ford figo titanium plus from bansal automotives (P) ltd gossainpur, siliguri dist - darjeeling west bengal pin-734014 on 17.6.2017 chasis number - majgxxmtkggd04605.. But after a few days my car affected in severe flood after that i sent the car for servicing at bansal automotives (P) ltd siliguri on 19.8.2017... Till date they are not handing over the car though i contacted several times but they are misleading me.in this situation, i request your honour to take necessary action so that i can have my car immediately.

                                It is bring to your notice that i have purchased ford ecosport from your dealer sumpun ford at parvati bagla road kanpur on 28/09/2017 and their your sales executive mr. Sharad kumar who give me the quotation for rs 1078000/- but they had taken 1095000/- from me against assuring me that i will give registration number of your choice. And they also promised for navratra scheme of rs 10000 cash back but they did not fulfilled their commitment and now they are denying. As a customer i felt cheated from your company dealer sumpun ford so i want u should look at the matter and as a customer i want that company should take action.

                                  I wish to take you back in 2014 to make you aware with the concern i have.
                                  I booked a ford figo from your showroom for which i paid a booking amount of inr 5000 as suggested by your sales executive. He gave me the soft copy of the receipt for the same since he was not carrying the receipt book along. Then it was forwarded to some financial institution for loan purposes. However unfortunately loan was not get approved and i didn't get the car.
                                  Then after sometime i approached back to the sales executive to get the booking amount refunded, but he told that he had left the job. Since then i tried contacting to several people but all in vain.
                                  In the mean time i was not in town and could not followup.
                                  Now i just wanted to request for my refund.
                                  Please suggest what all documents will be required to process.

                                    I have booked ford figo titanium vehicle with metro ford, st. Mark's road, bangalore on 20th september 2017 with down payment. Balance loan amount is disbursed to the showroom on 27th september.
                                    Earlier vehicle was promised to delivered on 26th of september, anyhow because of loan process got late, that date not cleared. After 3-4 days of loan disbursal showroom guy (Sales executive) called and told that because of some technical issue ford vehicle registration is not happening in bangalore.
                                    Regarding this issue no one from ford showroom except sales executive informed me. I have to believe what executive tells me over phone. I tried to contact showroom over phone/mail, no answer from them. Yesterday i visited the showroom and i am surprised to see only one guy in the showroom. He told me to visit palace cross showroom for my concern.
                                    Sales manager of palace cross showroom dealing with this issue from scratch and as expected not answering properly.

                                    As per sales executive no ford vehicles are getting registered in Bangalore from last 3 weeks, which is very hard to believe. Even i wrote a complaint mail to ford india. They just sent a reply that issue will be solved. No further update till today.

                                    My issue not solved from Showroom guys and even not from Ford itself. Very bad.

                                    Feeling guilty for selecting Ford. Never expected this from Ford, that also in City like Bangalore. Can't imagine how ford will act in other small cities of India.

                                    Never Ever Suggest Ford for anyone in future.

                                      new endeavor transmission problem

                                      Less than 40 days old ford endeavour shows check engine warning light.
                                      Made multiple visits to service center. Tried to call them. They would never pick up the vehicle. Always i used to drop the vehicle and pick it up.
                                      They always said they updated software and light was gone.
                                      But as i drive the car i feel huge jerks while changing gears from drive to reverse and vice versa. There clearly seems to be an error which are...

                                      I sent my car for repair on october 1 in ford service showroom vizag,
                                      Still it was not delivered to me.

                                      I bought car in oct 2016, it was compensated with a free insurance offer from new in india..

                                      Car was hit with an accident on oct 1 and i immediatly sent the car for repair to showroom, they told that thry will return in 4 to 5 days... But still it is not delivered..

                                      How many times i am contacting them they are not responding properly.. Giving silly reasons.. Worst reasons

                                      I want my car delivery with in 2 days. Otherwise i will file a legal complaint...
