I have purchased a ford figo on 24/9/2016 from M/s.Kairali ford, Trivandrum, Kerala bearing chassis no. MAJGXXMTKGGD06302 and Engine NO.GD06302, Petrol.The problem is faulty in fuel level indicator . I have observed that in the morning when we start the start the vehicle first time the fuel gauge shown almost full even though the actual fuel qty. is less may be 5 or six ltrs .Three times the vehicle was taken for rectifying the problem, but the still the problem is continuing. Now i feel that my vehicle selection is wrong . I have used many many cars, now i feel that I am mistaken. I believe in the brand name, that is the only mistake.

    I have a Ford Ecosport 1.5l Petrol Titanium MT Vin no: MAJAXXMRKAEM11171 license no: MH 02 DN 7283. I purchased it in August’ 14 and got delivery on 1st September, 14. Since the very first day I had battery issues. I had to jump start it from the very first day. Over the years, I need to jump start my car every time I don’t use it for 5 days or more. I had also given my car to the Goregaon Service Centre, Mumbai on numerous occasions for this issue. But even after that this problem repeatedly occurs. I also talked with Manager Shreya Kamat and various advisors at the service centre a number of times and after each repair they assured me the problem wont occurr again. It now appears they have no clue on what the problem is. In recent weeks, I need to jump start my car on every use. Also my car has only run 7500kms. I talked about this with other Ecosport owners and it seems this problem is isolated to only my car. This has been an appalling nightmare for me as whenever I need to go out somewhere the car doesn’t start and I need to call a mechanic to jump start. I am tired of the same problem again and again. Not to mention I have I spent more than Rs.15000 for this. If this is what Ford gives you then I guess they don't deserve an international name in the market.

      It is a Feb, 2008 Ford Fiesta ZX1, Engine No.8B44519, vehicle number UP-12Q 0033 purchased by SIS.
      This car was previously serviced at Sai Ford, Bhopal in the month of Feb & April. On 25th Aug. while driving car started dropping the acceleration and after halt petrol indication was zero and there was no petrol in the tank. However, during drive there was no such indication perchance due to sensor malfunctioning. After filling the Petrol continued my drive to office. On return I noticed starting trouble and jerks/ loss of acceleration during drive.
      On 26th morning car was handed over for servicing to Sai ford and problem was intimated. I was told that it was a major service and vehicle would be delivered on 27th afternoon. As per schedule car was delivered at my office after replacing the battery and full servicing costing 21K. Further they informed that car has completed 1, 00, 000 Kms and need engine block replacement costing 60K which appeared completely indigestible.
      Surprisingly, I faced identical problem while driving back on 27th evening. Next day it was Sunday and I tried to contact the concern service advisor and customer service manager but no one picked up the phone. Yesterday, when the problem was discussed with service centre they told me to deliver the car again for rechecking without standby facility.
      This was my 3rd visit at Sai ford for servicing in span of seven months which ended up with wastage of time and money because of inferior quality of services and attitude of service provider. To inform you that in past 7 years, I had never faced such poor quality of workman ship from Ford authorized service centres. I am forwarding three service invoices of Sai Ford for your review.
      Kindly arrange necessary corrections as authorized service provider are responsible for developing the image of brand among users.

      Comments- This Complaint was forwarded more than two month back but there is no response from manufacturer side. I have seen many more complaints those were left unsettled by manufacturer cell.
      This is the kind of after sale services being provided by Ford. Customer care/complaint cell appears functional less.
      It has been decided not to recommend and purchase this brand in future.

        I have been observing from past 3 services with Metro Ford Service centre located in Lingrajpuram, Bangalore. The vehicle service they do is very very poor. Every time they will break some or the other thing in my car and they will not inform me. Later when I go back to them about this they will later cut an apology which is absolutely cunning behavior. After every service I get a feedback call where i have rated poor quality but there is no improvement. the last service which I had they changed the engine oil for just 3500 km +where as the actual engine oil change should take for about 10, 000 km. for such a big blunder there is no one to address rather they will apologize and asked me to pay the amount. The manager is very cunning when I complaint about such issues he is act as if he is very busy and always be on the phone.
        It is quite frustrating after spending so much on every service I am not satisfied. Every time they will make a big bill which crosses Rs 10, 000 and the bill clearly describes that they have exchanged new parts with old one but I always found some or the other issue with the new parts which they have exchanged. Require lots and lots of improvement.
        I have all the required documents which clearly shows what are the blunders they have done to my car.

          Ford fiesta up 14 br 6135, my bill is over 50000 rupee, unable to satisfy me, forcing me to take a vehical with some annoying noise is coming on the rear part of my car, as the staff and even managers are saying this noise is normal in ford cars, as u have run ur car 60, 000, thise noise is common in ford cars, we cant do anything about this, and they also forced me to take a vehical with that noise, as we tried it the same for another ford fiesta, there was no noise on that car, manager are pushing me to take vehical, otherwise we will charge u for 250 rupee per day as a parking charge

            I have purchased a ford eco sport in the month of July on 13th July 2016.I have hot the engine replaced the service engine and Turbocharger at kilometers 4300. Now again at the kilometer 9500 My Car is again giving High Smoke. I went to dealership gautam budh ford. The dealer told me that they will diagnose and tell me later.Now they told me that it is having the same issue of issue of engine that was earlier there.
            I am fed up with this car and i am not going to Take this car home at any cost because this is causing engine related issues for the second time.so please refund me my money. My car Registration Details Are UP14CY0010. I am totally fed up from this car and plss help me out and provide me a refund.I have been totally exploited by the ford.               My car has problem with ac.
              - air noise was coming. I had showed this problem to ford service center in nasik city i. E. Moharir ford.
              They repaired my car ac for 6 times and after every repair problem comes.
              I had escalated problem to ford india then also problem was same.
              I am fade up with this.
              Now there are various problems in my car.
              - sound is coming from dashborad when i operate ac
              - metallic noise coming from area near compressor.
              - instrument cluster also makes noise when i power on.
              - fan noise has increased to very large extent.

              I have now no respect for FORD.

              With all hopeless experiences at FORD service centre in NASIK, INDIA, I am now totally convinced that FORD has no skilled service support.
              Rather they have people who play with customer cars and make them suffer for buying FORD CAR.

              For AC noise problem I have repaired car at FORD service centre for About 6 times. Still problem not solved.
              Now there is sound coming from dashboard when AC flap operates.
              Air noise is also coming.
              Metallic noise coming from area near compressor.
              Fan is making too much noise at First speed which was earlier unnoticeable.

              At service centre initially they said that –
              1. There is no leakage in system.
              2. Then they said, there is leakage from valve.
              3. Then they said, there is leakage from connecting pipe.
              4. Then they said, there is leakage from Evaporator coil.
              5. Then they said, there is leakage from condenser coil.

              This is how service centre responded to me. What I can say ?

              Below are the complete details of service.
              After the 4th visit to service centre I had contacted FORD INDIA, and they promised me to solve the problem to the best possible.
              And after that also problem has repeated. All communication is in below mail.

              I really feel pity for FORD that such people with no seriousness towards companies brand are at that position.

              Problem has repeated for 6 times also escalation done to FORD INDIA level but still SERVICE head of Moharir ford didn’t contacted me for my concern.
              Didn’t SHE understand the concerns ????? After how much repair visit she will look into it ?????
              How many time should I bring car for service ?

              What is the guarantee that the car AC life has not shorten by this playing by unskilled people at Moharir ford ?

              This is all hopeless and idiotic responses forced me to take further actions.

              I request FORD not to play with customers money and patience.

              Hello,

              Once again I had bad experience at FORD SERVICE center.
              Find below details for the Service repair. –

              Problem – AC was not working and Noise was coming.

              Visit 1 –
              Response - There was NO GAS in system. And also there was no leakage.
              They filled the Gas and told me to use the car.
              After 4 days, same problem was coming. All gas got leaked and AC was not working.

              Visit 2 –
              Response – They told me that they will check the leakage in detail and took 2 days for it.
              As per them one valve was leaky and they replaced it. Now there is no leakage. Asked me to use car.
              After 4 days same problem was coming.

              Visit 3 –
              Response – Now they told me that they need to check in detail and need to open dashboard also.
              Again work was done and they replied me as there is leakage in EVAPOTER coil, it needs replacement.
              They will order it and will give call after receipt.
              Problem was coming and I didn’t received any call from them.
              Then I called them to resolve the issue.

              Visit 4 –
              Response – They have replaced the coil. And given me the car.

              Now after all 4 visits still there is sound coming from dashboard when I operate AC.

              This is really pathetic and shows complete ignorance towards work.
              Not at all expected from company like FORD.

              I need detailed JOBSHEETS of all 4 visits and PSS for problem.
              After all this kind of workmanship and quality of work, I don’t believe in your technicians and service staff.

                I am Dr Atul Kumar I have a ford figo titanium model 2013, UP14BZ 4460,
                Unfortunately I accident my car n submitted to repair at Noida Ford, H18, sect.63, at date 21/10/16 company supervisor Mr Sonu commit me to return my car till 15/11/2016 but till today they are making only hollow excuse I followed from 15 days, now I am totally confused
                From first day when I submitted my car to work shop asking for estimated cost for my side they just ignore, after insists many times Mr Sonu said me " sir don't worry your car is insured so you will suffer hardly 10000 to 15000 RS so I was ready maintly n financially, but now after one month without any discussion asking submit more than 50000 rs, I am shocked, feel chieted,
                Please tell me what should I do, should I go for legal or what

                  Mount failure under extended warranty but no replacement.
                  As per ford service eng. there is a mount failure, so there is vibration in car,
                  But they said this part is not under warenty.I have paid thousands of rupees to take extended warranty but now there is no replacement.
                  I will we very hap if ford take some step in favour.

                    Dear ford Team,

                    As per telephonic conversation we had today, I was told that clutch has abnormal worn out at some place. (Not at all places) and this is not general wear and tear case, where clutch is worn out.
                    At 23500 km when I have complaint regarding hardening clutch paddle, Harpreet ford okhala people have replaced complete clutch assembling including flywheel, clutch and pressure plate. No abnormal sound was reported at that time

                    After that repair/ clutch overhauling abnormal sound start coming. After 3000/- km i.e around 26500kms /- I have reported there is abnormal sound which is coming from clutch when I lift car in 1& 2 nd gear.

                    Harpreet ford okhala have informed me clutch bearing has some problem they will replace the same and work they do will carries warranty of 10000km. They have replaced the parts (surprising whole clutch assembly) and they informed me they are doing on F.O.C basis and i have to pay 50% cost of labour. As parts were replaced F.O.C basis I didn’t ask them why they have replaced whole clutch assemble when they told me only bearing is faulty.

                    After 3000km if vehicle need again clutch over hauling …. Customer will be surprised or shocked also. They assured me sound will not come. As its bearing was faulty which has plastic parts and metal parts. As I was assured by them I didn’t reported matter to ford India and they assured me repair has warranty for 10000Km so I didn’t need to worry

                    Now again at 32500 km and after 6000 KM again same abnormal sound is coming from clutch. On preliminary inspection they told me same thing bearing is fault, when I asked why again this happened, they told me there is some fault in car and they will take matter to ford India and your 10000km is not yet over so I need not to worry and will get solution from ford India .

                    Kindly consider following points

                    · When I have given my vehicle for first time it was clutch plate hardening not for abnormal sound in clutch.
                    · After clutch over hauling immediate after 3000km abnormal sound was reported due to poor workmanship/ improve replacement of clutch assembly.
                    · Again after 6000/- after abnormal sound is reported
                    · Clutch plate doesn’t have normal wear and tear. This time I am communicated by ford India team has abnormal worn out as some places
                    And no reason was given for abnormal wore out of clutch at some places.

                    · 10000Km is not yet over when at 3000/- they have accepted mistake and replaced at F.O.C basis when now ford customer care team wants customer to pay 75% cost for no fault of ours and to contribute to poor workmanship of Harpreet ford.
                    · See images of clutch plate with normal wear and tear replaced at 23500/- which is on record ( on same email I have submitted on earlier complaint ) and clutch plate with abnormal worn out at some place. Images which were shared of my first complaint is in this trailing mail)

                    · I am without vehicle from last 10 days and I am paying for Taxi Rs 2000/- [per day.


                    Please do necessary action and do rectification/ replacement of required parts in my vehicle within 3 days of time else I have to other remedy except file case in customer protection court

                      My name tushar kothari (gujarat) and my car number is gj13n1779 and i gave my car to cargo motors (guj) pvt ltd sanand (ahmedabad) on 7/7/16 for a/c repairs and on 9/7/2016 they gave my car back with a/c working satisfactory and with a bill of rs 7, 292.00 dated 9.7.16 vide credit memo number: 96663.

                      Then i gave car for service to sabarmati ford (surendranagar/wadhwan branch) for service since there was a leakage of diesel. they did service vide bill no; criag0075200 dated 4.10.2016 for rs 4, 940.00 and they say there is no leakage.

                      Now after few days i. e on 14/10/2016 there was leakage and then i gave car again to sabarmati ford at surendranagar (wadhwan) and they replaced whole diesel pipe and wheel bearing vide bill no; criag0082600 for rs 8, 855.00. dated 21/10/2016

                      Now after taking car on 21/10/2016 i noticed the a/c not working again then sabramati ford tld me that there is gas leakage in cooling coil and they can change with charges for about rs 8000. but they said cargo ford will do it free since the a/c work is done not more than 6 months so i have warranty, so i went to cargo ford (sanand) and they say there in no warranty and they can change cooling coil for around rs 8000.

                      Now when a/c work done on 9/7/16 and now not working, i spend over rs 20000 in last 4 months with result zero. when i gave car to sabarmati ford wadhwan (surendranagar) for changing deisel pipe a/c was ok, now both of them cargo motor and sabarmati ford does not repair a/c.
                      Please let me know what should i do, it seems your service center is looting customers since we are left with no choice.

                        -As per Ford advertisement information on website and all other means, for disesel1.5 car as per ARAI mileage is- 25.83km/l.

                        -The sales consultant at lathangi ford told us:
                        City:16-18km/l
                        Highway-22km/l
                        -Expert driver at lathangi ford has done the mileage test on the best road of Bangalore -NICE ROAD, and when he tested there was no traffic and it was a hassle free means he didnt change the gears frequently during the test and the best results he could get is 20.08km/l.

                        -As per my experience with this car
                        city-9-10km/l
                        highway-16-18km/l

                        Complain- Ford India is refusing to help and fix the substandard car they have sold me.

                          I am complaining about always dealers giving me fake promises.

                          I have purchased recently brand ford aspire. We are 200 percentage satisfied with car but the problem was the manager from thanjavur & thiruvarur branch was not keeping the promise. Always they have given us fake promise. When we purchased the car date till we are not received our rc book and registration number.
                          Every time we have postponed our trip.

                          We are giving good feedback to other except the customer service....

                          I have given my ford figo for servicing and clutch replacement on 12th november, 2016 in the morning and advisor attached to me is rahul. I had been given to understand that maximum by wednesday i. E. 16th november, 2016 my car shall be ready which is used by my family. Today to my surprise rahul is on leave for which he has not bothered to keep me informed and no one else has called me to let me know any status on my car. This is highly unprofessional and i had the same service issue with sc ford 2 years back and since then i have not been getting my card here for service. I think i have made the biggest mistake by again coming back to sc ford.

                          Pls guys get ur cars serviced with them at ur own risk.

                            I purchase a eco sport (Diesel) vehicle from ford india through m/s riddhi ford delhi at the time of newly launch in 2013. I was happy to buy a quality product from ford india (Being a engineer i know ford quality standard are very high). I also give good feed back of this product to every one who take feedback from me. I also take extended warranty of this product. First problem come when i go to riddhi ford for service of 40000 km/one year. I give feed to service engineer noise come near back wheel he said spring mounting rubber plate wear out and to be change. I said change under warranty he said your warranty expire yesterday and this does not come in extended warranty. I was shocked and think in gap of 8-10 hours this much wear tear take place and will not come under warranty. This noise i registered in previous service also but at that time they said it is due to road condition not good in india. They intensely pull this problem till warranty expire.
                            2. On 13-11-16 i go to riddhi ford for 70000 km service. I give feed back to service engineer regarding vibration from front side of vehicle. After 2-3 hours he call me that engine mounting is wear out and that create vibration this will change in approx. Rupee 8000/-. I asked him that i have extended warranty and previously this part change at 30000 km in warranty then why this part wear & tear again in this less intervals. He said i don't know why this happen and this part also not come in extended warranty. If you want change this part then you should pay from your pocket. This shows that ford india parts quality is very poor and wear tear in short intervals. Dealer are waiting for warranty expire date so that he can make money from customer by harass them. I would like to mention here that i drive my cars myself and i am very particular about the timely servicing and is kept in pristine condition, which you can see from my past records. I use my last car an 8 year it was honda make which was sold in an immaculate condition and i never received a problem like this in that car. I was also planning new ford endeavor in next year starting but now i will go toyota /honda. I would like to re-iterate - the problem of substandard/ quality of ford parts.

                            My Ford figo fuel meter has not been showing proper fuel quantity. The fuel needle remains at zero even after filling the fuel tank full. This problem has put me in trouble many times. Even, digital meter, which shows distance to empty shows wrong figure.

                              We took the delivery of our ECOSPORT ecoboost on the 2nd Aug 2016. None of them is bothered to call / check for feedback after the vehicle was delivered as it clearly shows that selling of the vehicle is your only motive - Way far question is "after sales service relationship".
                              Till date no reminder sms or call on service of the vehicle - purely nothing - I seriously don't understand that why you charge for road side assistance and wonder if any unfortunate things happens - will some one be there to assist.
                              purely unsatisfied with ford cause nothing I am asking for free - not even a basic courteously you have.

                                Hi i purchased Ford Aspire from Ford Tanish in Gurgaon.When the car was new used to receive calls from the service center for confirmation of the drive but its only 9 months now and the time for the second servicing but inspite of making them remind again and again getting no proper response from Tanish service center.i am literally regretting after buying Ford.

                                  My Ford Endeavour 3.2L Titanium 4X4 diesel car, all services have been done at your authorized sales & service dealer. Now it’s a point of dissatisfaction due to problem occurs repeatedly. I have purchase this car 6 months ago, although I am entitled for the free service yet I have to pay sum amount everytime to the service center which is not acceptable. The other cars that I own when they are service by the respective service center I don’t have to bear any extra cost.
                                  With such dissatisfaction services that I receive from ford (Bhavna Automobiles Pvt.Ltd). It leads me to take a decision whether to be a part of ford family anymore.

                                  I had rendered my Car Ford Fiesta No. RJ 14 CG 8619 to your authorized service center at Malviya Nagar Industrial Jaipur, for repairing as I had met an accident.
                                  though the repairing work was satisfactory i was annoyed to see that perhaps there was misuse of petrol and the tank showed at least 10 Liter short than what was expected by me. I believe that there was tempering with the mileage meter chain and than the car was used from workshop.
                                  when i took over my car and drove to my home i found that mileage meter needle was showing zero at least twice or thrice and it wasn't showing the speed correctly.
                                  the problem persists till now and the meter is still not showing the speed correctly between sixty to hundred per km.
                                  i had also raised the above point in my feedback call from you. I feel the experience is in very bad taste as you are a reputed concern and to protect yous image your authorized dealers should be more careful.

                                    This is to inform that your kaikan chetla kolkata ford service centre is one of the worst service centre where neither quality is guaranted nor services at the time of submitting the car people at service centre committing lots of thing but neither doing the same only making bills its like everything is free of cost in market our hard earned money is generating from trees i will definitely escalate this to entire social networks & media as well with the photographs of the car for mental harrasing clients. The car was kept at your service centre for more than 7 days & they have really enjoyed my vehicle being at your place but not provided proper or required resolution the issues of the car was not solved neither any one properly designated at the service centre to check the vehicle before releasing but they are master in making bills thats on time.

                                    Very shameful services provided by kaikan ford chetla will never recommend anyone to buy ford cars in near future.

                                      I bought a ford figo titanium today (28 Oct 2016) and immediately after taking the car away from the showroom, I noticed the engine malfunction light lit up. I called the Tanish ford showroom (sector-49, Gurgaon) sales guys who sold the car to me to inform of the same. They told me that it was not a problem and I should go home and then talk to them. I was then told that they would check what they can do. Now I feel cheated as Tanish ford has sold me a defective car at full price. I tried reaching ford customer care and there too no one responds. My sincere advise to all reading this is that do never buy a ford. Ford stands for fraud.
