Ford India — Black smoke problem in new bs-iv ford figo aspire

After 1 month of purchasing am facing black smoke problem in my new car. For resolving the same i visited 6 times in their noida (Noida ford) service station but problem as it is. They said its normal @ 2000rpm but it's smoked after 1000rpm without giving any power or hard acceleration.in standing car smoke is too much when i accelerate the car upto 2000rpm.
After 1 month they are not able to find the actual problem, forgot about resolving the problem.

From the 1st day of problem car average is also reduce, now in city it's 8-10kmpl and in highway it's 16-17kmpl @80-100km speed. Before problem its 16-19kmpl in city and on highway its 21-23.5 kmpl.

Sometimes in traffic i feel that am driving an overloaded truck which exhaust high black smoke.
