I had puchased ford titanium plus on first april from bhagat ford agency pathankot punjab. At the time of delivery they promised that your bill, form 21 22 will be delivered with in 2 days.. But today is 22 april and no bill and other docs send to me by this agency. I called even ludhiyana headquarter but they didnt response me back.. I called several time to agency but they made excuses every time.. Now 30 april is the last date for applying for rc. But it seems that ford india agency having no concern about their costumer.. Your 24 x 7 no is not working.. No one is picking up the phone.. I had worsed experience with ford india.. I will never recommend your vehicle to anyone..
