Ford India — car servicing made the car defective

I had given my figo car to kairali ford servicing center at puzhakkal padom, ayyanthol thrissur. Car was working fine. But they said all filters to be replaced amounts 7500. I said ok. But after some time they called again and said two fuel injectors also have to be replaced amounts 32 thousand. For that i said no. They said some harsh words and then i told them to bring back the car with first said replacements only. But when i received back the car at home it was fully defective and the power transit indicator was on and the car lost all performance, no speed. These are people who running servicing centers for extruding money from consumers.
Is it the company policy. Isn't there any thing the company does against these types of people.
