Ford India — car sustained damage at authorized dealer during servicing

I had taken the car for periodic servicing on 21/07/2018. After service, the running board below the drivers door was found slightly crumpled. As the damage is not so obvious that one could notice it instantly hence it could not be brought to the notice of the dealership on the spot. on arrival at home the damage was informed to the service center on 23/07/2018 over phone and taken the car to the dealership on 28/07/2018 to show the damage .after checking the damage I was promised that the dealership would call me and appraise about the redressal. so far I have not received any call from you end.
