As i was suggested over the phone call, i have met mr. Pushkar at the agency point.
Question occures to my mind that why was i asked for the same when that fellow didn't have anything to assist me with. He only made the same offer i had already heard over the previous phone call. I wasn't satisfied with the offer made, than why i was asked to approach the dealership. It was frustrating.
Should i consider that you are teasing me?? Whatever you did has made me more annoyed. I am just stunned to see this teasing behaviour of yours. I hereby thank you for wasting my precious time. I also thank you for your non supportive behaviour and non resolutionery attempts to put the matter off.
We will now see each other on social media, where i will definitely be informing people about the quality of a ford car. Fortunately i have found another person with the same problem, who never did complaint for the same, beacuse he never believed that ford can help him. I will also help people by telling them about your poor customer query resolution. Your previous written response will be an added advantage to that.
You will soon be finding a legal notice from my end. Hope you don't tease me on that's reply.
