I had harrowing experience at bhagat ford jalandhar. My car pb08 bg 7800 met with trivial accident on night of[protected]. I myself took my car for repairs at body shop on[protected]. The surveyor accessed losses on[protected]. But till[protected], 4.00 pm the repair work of my car was still pending. The body shop mamager mohit sharma did not make any effort to get the work completed by friday latest as promised by him and his junior mr. Amandeep. When i went to workshop on[protected] at 4 pm then mohit told me that car will be delivered on[protected]. On my pointing out that for such trivial repairs you take such long time, which is job of only three days maximum, then he started the pending work. They have little respect for the good customers like me who have driven ford for 4 lakh 70 thousand kms. Moreover there was sehdev singh who just sits lazily in his chamber and makes no effort to accomodate good customers like me. All of them are totally uncooperative and totally unprofessional, lazy persons who have no respect for good customers and have no concern for4 the problem of the customer. They all are arrogant. And indulge in mudslinging against good workers like mr. Sandeep guleria who have served the company. Sehdev singh, mohit sharma and amandeep delay the working at workshop. They are inefficient and make no effort for the timely delivery of the vehicle making customer uncomfortable. Such persons are parasites on company and its for the company to decide where they will take the company. I suggest suitable action be taken against them for harrassing me.
