Ford India — complaint against fraud by ford | |||
I have ford car since 2008 and i liked the build quality of the car and that has convinced me to buy another aspire in 2018 now i am using both the cars but after sales their service is worst like anything. My old ford recently got services and ac system have been replaced by noida ford and after few months that new system got damaged and ac stopped working, i took my car to them and asked them to take care of because its in warranty they said you have to pay again then i escalated the matter to directly to ford india they said they will do something and took my car and now its almost 2 weeks they did not anything and when i call them to ask the disconnect my call. People don’t get in trap never buy any other ford car and save your hardest earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||
