Ford India — Complaint for dicky latch - ford ecosport mh 24 af 1155 | |||
I had given the vehicle ecosport mh 24 af 1155 on 29th april 2017 to sai sakshi ford. The dicky latch was working very well at that time, however when the vehicle was serviced & given back the service technician reported that the dicky latch is not working & they don't have the spare part available. I asked the person to take back the vehicle & get it replaced & give the vehicle. However sai sakshi ford returned the vehicle without replacing the part the next day & asked to wait for 10 days. After following up for some days i understood that the showroom is closed. I took the car to talera ford on 6th june 2017 for the problem of dicky latch replacement under warranty, however talera ford did not had the part in stock as well. They said that they have ordered the part & its is expected in a few days. The warranty for the part is till the month end. After so much of follow up & inconvenience o[censored]sing the car without the dicky being operated, can i finally have a confirmation when the part will be received & that the part will the replaced under warranty?
