Ford India — Complaint in my new ecosport which are nt getting resolved even after several atttempts by going to the service centre

I bought a new ecosport titanium reg no HR51bh0112 since beging i told to the service centre that from the doors, dickey n dashbord noise are coming and when the car goes on bumpy road thhe steering is making rattling noise bt no one is bothered enough to rectify it
Whenever i go to the service centre they alway say that we can only tighten the underbody nuts
I just want to ask that if company cannot rectify the complaint then it is better not to buy the FORD vehicle in future
