Ford India — damage done to car

Hi. Im ramesh. Left my ford ecosport car for service at hans ford, iyyappanthangal, chennai - 10000km - second service. Came back with full of scratches inside the dashboard, next to monitor & above the steering. When asked, stating we don't know. Very lethargic answer. People weren't responsible enough or serious to perform service. I strongly recommend not to provide service at this centre, as they don't hold responsibility for anything.
