Ford India — Defect in rc arranged by ford jalandhar

I bought an ecosport from Bhagat ford in Jalandhar in 2017. The rc is defective and needs some rectification. Bhagat motors refuses to help me. The fault lies with ford for issuing a defective rc. Kindly ask someone to contact me to do the needful
