Ford India — Delay to get my car

I droped my on 18th july 2016 for ac repair purpose and its come under warranty. ayour executive promissed me will get my car within 5 days. but still i am waiting for car. i called concern person regardin deluvery but he is not responding well. i need my car urgent. already you hav taken 8 days.
