Ford India — engine oil not changed in servicing, leading to engine failure, ford customer not responding.

Vehicle given for servicing at 75372 kms, and i paid service amount of 59900/- inr because it had some major parts to be replaced like camshaft. After running for 7000 kms the engine got seized because they missed to replace engine oil. Now they accept their mistake of not replacing oil but not agreeing to compensate for that. They offer 25% reduction in overall bill of 125000 inr
