Ford India — Extremely poor quality of service

I received a call from odisha ford on 27 may 2020 for the first free service of my freestyle. I was given ta slot at 10am on 28 may. I called on 28 may morning to confirm before taking my car to the service center. At first, the security didn't permit me to enter through the gate saying according to the list provided to him i didn't have an appointment for servicing. After few minutes of discussion i was finally premier to enter and park my car. Upon questioning the reception about why my appointment for servicing was not recorded, i was told that the first free servicing is normally not recorded. This didn't doing plausible to me. However, the staff asked me for my car key and i was asked to wait in the waiting area. After waiting for one hour i went to enquire about the status and only then an advisor came with the service booking form and was saying they were short staffed and too many customers. I offered to return on another day and was told my job would be definitely finished by 2pm. I kept on waiting and waiting into 4:15pm for the servicing to be completed. On spite of such shoddy service i was told the customer satisfaction rating should be over 7
