Ford India — ford denied service, misbehave of service workman, very poor quality after sale service. | |||||
I purchased ford figo from varanasi (Gsr motors). After the first service the mileage of the car reached 9 km/ltr. Since i was using it for commercial purpose this was a big concern for me. I contacted ford and they replied that it will improve in 2nd service. At time of 2nd service, my car horn was not working properly and was defected.in spite of replacing it they did desi jugad. After this service mileage become worse. They gave me test drive on highway and showed me that mileage is 27. But this was beyond my imagination as in city the car remained to give average mileage of 9km. Moreover when i reached service center they rudely denied giving any facility to me.in their view i was a ordinary driver, not an hni customer. At present horn is malfunctioning and mileage is 10 km and irritating behavior of gsr ford is stopping me to contact them. I have emailed to ford india also, but no reply received. There is no other service center in varanasi. I have started hating ford. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
