Ford India — ford ecosport titanium 1.5 petrol

I bought a ford ecosport titanium 1.5 petrol, 2017 manufactured in india to export to guatemala.in all the brochures from ford india all ford ecosport has speed auto door lock sensor but in my car don't work.
I ask the ford dealer about this and they told me that ecosport exported to guatemala don't has the feature. If the car has central door lock i think the dealer need to program the auto door lock with scan ford.
If the car don't has the sensor ¿the dealer can install in guatemala?

Your service is so poor that and service center knows how to manipulate customers.. But as i complained about my proble after service, they denied and explained me very well.. Now while having exchange offer they spokeup that ur car have these much of problems and all.. The same i complained before.. Now don't know what to do... Help..
