Ford India — Ford figo service

I am having ford figo model of 2010. I had given the vehicle to raja sriram ford, tirupati on 14.02.17. They had done the servicing and charged me rs.5217/-. The vehicle did not start on 22.02.17 after servicing. I had tried my level best to start the vehicle for almost 15 minutes, but the vehicle did not start. I do not know, what type of technicians they are maintaining in their work shop. The technicians are not competent enough to service the vehicle. They did not test the steering and gears. The vehicle is moving to right side, if i remove my hands on steering. The vehicle is not able to ride on the ghat road (Tirumala hills, tirupati) in 4th & 5th gear. The vehicle maruthi 800 model 1992 still ride on ghat road in 4th gear, which i am maintaining for the past 25 years. I am very unhappy with ford figo performance. I never expected a product like this from your organisation. The vehicle ran for 23000 kilo meters in a period of 6 years. I am here with attaching the invoice copies, vehicle report card for your reference.

The Vehicle MARUTHI 800 model 1992 still ride on Ghat Road in 4th Gear, which I am maintaining for the past 25 years. I am very unhappy with Ford Figo performance. I never expected a product like this from your Organisation. The vehicle ran for 23000 Kilo Meters in a period of 6 years. I am here with attaching the Invoice Copies, Vehicle Report Card for your reference.
