Ford India — Gear shifting issues

Dear concern,

I have been driving Ford Endeveour since one year.
Every time giving in service I mention to check the gears which give a very drastic jerk shifting between 2-4 gears.

But the problem has not been resolved.

Once the jerk was so hard that my 2 years daughter fall off and hurt herself on head.

In future it could be more dangerous.

I request you to kindly please look into the matter.

It is been very experience in driving.
