Hi,
I got my car (Ford Ecosport) serviced from Saluja Ford, Solan recently on 3rd September 2020 and paid 26, 000 plus bill only for service and some change of parts including all four Soocers and breakpads.
Due to work commitments, i could not drive the vehicle for 15-20 days. I took leave and left with colleagues to Spiti Valley.
I could not even move upto Kufri from my home of Shimla, the car was not having adequate pickup and breaks were not working.
Had to stop in Kufri, shown the car to one mechanic, paid around 500 rs again on checking of breaks and some accelerations.
Later, from the next day there is strange sound from Front driver side tyre which looks to be Soocer related issue. The voice is irritating and i had to complete the trip in fear that something may go wrong with the car on the way to Spiti and the area is called No Man's land.
I am completely fedup with this response of car post spending so much on service based on the recommendation of service manager.
