We have taken a new ford figo ambient variant, kairaly ford, puzhakkal, thrissur, kerala, which was delivered by the showroom yesterday morning. There are 2 bents on the roof of the newly delivered car, which was not noticed by us at that time, even by the showroom staffs, at the time of their pda checks. We informed mr. Rithesh, sales manager, regarding this, today morning and went to showroom, handed over the key to mr. Nishaf a m, sales manager, who told us they will clear the bent and paint the vehicle. The delivery of the vehicle was already 2 days late according to their commitment. After all, we are not at all ready to take a new vehicle with patch works..
