Ford India — Lost trust on company service

I brought ford ecosport in the year of 2014.At 37000kms odo, some problem arised and my car's engine shortblock got replaced under warranty.The duration was 2 months.And again at 55000kms odo, turbo got replaced under warranty but the diagnosed problem was same as earlier.Duration was 1 month.And again at 67000kms, alternator along with battery got replaced under warranty.And 79500kms odo, same problem arised and they did something to cover it up.Now at 82000 kms, car engine completely drained and black smoke evolving. So i want justice for this.I cannot give it to service center again.

Updated by Pradeep Kondepati I want to approach legally.So please help with the procedure.I am so restless and tired with my car.But still I can do whatever to get proper justice.
