Car accident on 6th march, 2016. Severe accident from front side of the car. Airbags did not deploy. Ford Service centers declined to give any report on that. On many complains, Ford India gave a report that the accident was mainly on the side of the car and less frontal impact. There was not even a scratch on the side of the car, complete frontal impact, can be seen in the images. Car’s safety features are not up to the mark.
Very poor service from ford dealer. They took 2 months to repair the car, but at the time of submitting the car for the job they told us that it would take only 1 month. They delivered the car which still had problems in its breaks and wheel alignment. On 6th June, 2016 the car is again sent for proper quality service. It has been 10 days for which they have not been able to repair the car, and they are just dragging this issue. They have already made a bill amount of Rs.3, 50, 000. We are harassed with the kind of service received from Kaikan Ford India Pvt. Ltd and Ford India. We would like to return the car and want claim for damages.
