Ford India — new car delivered in a shabby condition | |||
I booked a ford ecosport titanium diesel with bhagat ford jalandhar by paying an advance of rs 30000/-on 15 jan 2018. The papers from the csd canteen were given to the dealer on 08 feb 2018 with availability cert from the dealer. I was promised delievery on 16feb. The sales executive was reminded on 13 feb again. He confirmed that the veh will be delievered on 16 feb at 11 am in the morning. On 16 feb at least 6 to 8 times they delayed the timing to about 4 pm. After that i was told veh will be coming to jalandhar by road from a ludhiana showroom which is about 60 km away. I refused to take that veh. After talking to dgm i was promised a delivery on 18 feb 2018. The veh delievered to me was in shabby condition. Features were also not explained properly. Second key is still pending. No customery courtesy of cake cutting and pic clicking was performed. This coutesy is normally extended to every customer. Will ford india take some action against the dealer for this uncourteous behaviour and shabby treatment to the customer of a new ford car. Was this information helpful? | |||
