Ford India — New Fiesta Diesel and bad Noida Ford dealership

This is regarding a series of problems I am facing with ford new fiesta since I purchased it from Noida Ford in Dec 2013. Registration number is "UP 14 CC 7154". Covered under extended warranty till Nov 2016. It was serviced regularly with Noida ford every time. It had not even covered 10, 000 Kms and the back gear started giving problems. The problem is whenever we try to engage back gear and accelerate after that it dis-engages itself intermittently quite often. And when it disengages itself, the engine issues a loud screeching sound which HURTS a lot. I took it to Noida dealership and they kept it for 1 week. Later they returned it saying we have tried some adjustments with gear cable but cannot fix it properly because of in-sufficient guidance/feedback from flood stricken chennai head office. Ultimately I took it back from them with dissapointment on such excuse. infact back gear has now started disengaging itself after vehicle moves for few meters backward i.e. problem has become worse and it irritates so much that cant be explained in words and remains unresolved. Then after 2 years of purchase it's clutch gasket oil started leaking which was surprising as we have never seen such issues even in quite old vehicles of other brands. Nodia ford replaced it under extended warranty but we are not sure when it will break again. Now just 2-3 months back steering started issuing noise while turning it either left or right. Slowly the noise increased and we were just about to take it to report to Noida ford dealership then suddenly on monday its engine base platic cover fell down from the front while driving in daylight issuing loud noise. It was a total nightmare for us while struggling on the road trying every bit to stick it back but we failed miserably in that effort. Somehow we managed to tie it back with a plastic rope temporarily. Then next day we reported it to Noida ford along with the vehicle after booking an appointment. They told us that all the front 5 nuts of the base flap broke thats why it fell dow. We have never even heard of such instance from anybody else. Then after examining the problamatic steering, executive told us that the intermideate shaft (universal joint in local language) is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced with new one. He also confirmed that the part is covered under extended warranty and we dont have to pay for it so we allowed him go ahead and fix the issue. Then to add to over utter dismay, on the date of delivery executive told us that the part has been replaced and issue has been fixed BUT the part is not covered under extended warranty and we have to pay the price for it, and we were like either he has gone mad or out of his mind. Firstly they confirmed that the part is covered under extended warranty and now without even taking our consent about price they replaced it and then asked for its charges. This incident has totally lifted my hopes for ever dealing with Noida ford ever again. In this short span of time we have faced so much issues with this Ford vehicle that we cannot describe how does it feels to experience it with almost new vehicle and that too when it has just clocked 15000+ Kms. This is not a cheap car likes of Nano or alto to issue such problems. We spent lot of money on expensive sedan to experience its delight which has turned to dissatisfaction and regular irritation. We are not even sure how many more issues we have to face in future with this piece of crap. We have not faced such complex issues even with old swift car which is proving its worth since last 5 years without any such hassle. Please look into it and help us.
