Ford India — new ford ecosport gearbox issue

I bought new ford ecosport car on 13th april 2019. Within five months i faced first gear shifting problem in my car twice and same i reported to ford service center.

Now they said they are going to replace clutch bar of my car. My car number mh14-hk-7321. The problem is they simply denied my concern which i faced after even i have shared video's and third party road assistance feedback.

Do not know why they have not sent ford mechanic itself to check car on the spot when i asked for road assistance.

Car dealer: pps ford, satara road, pune

Note: first gear shifting problem occurred twice in last five months which worried factor for ford safety and manufacturing.
