Ford India — Pathetic after service | |||
We purchased ford endeavour from mathura road outlet, this is the first and the last time we are taking for car. everything was good till we took the car from the showroom but after that nobody bothered to help us, nobody updated us about the permanent number. we wanted a specific number but never received it and after few weeks we received a call saying that they are giving us some other random number and because of this there will be mismatch in the series of number of cars in our home. only once we received the call from the supervisor as to ask why we are not accepting the number and then he never bothered to get back to us. they do not know how to behave with the customers. My concern no. Is[protected]. I have received a mail from Ford India regarding a clerical issue for my EcoSport and they have given me an impractical time line (30-45 days) to resolve the issue. I think that it takes a minute to make a mistake but to resolve the issue, it takes 30-45 days? Very bad!!
