Ford India — pathetic car service and handling of my car by gautam budh ford

I provided my car Ford Figo Red for a regular service to Gautam Budh Ford On 7th of April 2018. As I stay in Delhi they provided pick and drop.
My car was picked by their executive by 7th morning. The executive called me that some parts needs to be replaced. My car was having problem in starting so they informed that self needs to be replaced and one of the fog light was not working. Anyhow the executive called me on 8th and informed me that some parts needs to be replaced . I agreed and they performed the service and it was third day my car was not handed over yet due to part unavailability. On fourth day i.e.10th night my car was delivered in night at home address. My wife received the car and signed. I reached home and thoroughly checked my car and found so many fresh scratches on two doors and handle(Left side). I also found my front left light, indicator and fog lamp are not working. I immediately took pictures of the same day and called ford executive and explained about the scratches and headlamp problem. He reconfirmed from driver and later came to know that car got scratches due driver as he banged by car somewhere near to my home only. Now executive said sorry and confirmed me he will pick up the car again for denting and painting. So after 10 days i.e. on 22nd April 18 they again took my car for denting and painting. The person who came to pick my car, I informed him about the headlight and fog light problem. He opened the bonnet and checked the cables . He found all the cables connected to Headlight and other lights were cut from the mains. He connected the cables again in front of me and the lights started working. Now from 22nd April till today my car is lying at ford and am going office through CAB and paying 1000 Rs per day. Today is 7th day and they have still not started the work . The advantage they want to take is that they want to use my insurance for the denting and painting. As the executive told me they will repaint whole car with using my insurance and the 50 % amount Ford will pay. I agreed and they needed my signatures and some executive was supposed to come my home for getting my signatures on the paper. Till now no one has visited my place and everyday I am calling them . My car is lying there from 7days and till now they have not started the work. I am totally frustrated with the kind of service and customer care they are providing. I request you to send this to higher authorities of Ford and punish the people responsible for all this mess. I want my car back in good condition.
