Ford India — Poor Customer Service(WB-12C-2997)
I am having a Ford Figo-ZXI model which I bought in September, 2012 from Kaikan Ford, Kolkata and I have visited your Howrah workshop on last Tuesday i.e.on 17/01/2017 for routine service and for few repairing works. I asked your workshop In-Charge Mr.Aniruddha to check thoroughly my car and let me know how much I have to pay for this repairing jobs and routine check up, since there was a small dent on the right side two doors also there was few scratches on the left side two doors and on the bonnet.I also asked him to replace the right side looking glass cover and mirror as that was also broken. He has noted all those things and also I told him to polish the car and apart from that whatever routine check up needs to be done like air filter, tire pressures, water level in wiper etc.Finally I asked him that how much I have to pay for all this things also he conveyed me that since there was rust on the right hand door of my car, so I can't claim for insurance.He said that approx Rs.15000/- will be the cost accordingly I was agreed on that part.Then he said that he will be delivering my car on 21/01/2017 and he will intimate me over phone once the things is done. But unfortunately neither I received any call from him till 21/01/2017 evening nor he bothered to pick up my phone. I was very irate and called up your Chetla Service Center then they said that currently the car was at Chetla service centre and they have just done the body works and they also said that I will be getting my car on 23/01/2017. Since I was preoccupied with other important thing on the mentioned date then I asked them to deliver my car at my residence accordingly they were also agreed. Suddenly I got a call from Mr.Aniruddha and he said that I have to pay approx Rs.14000/-naturally I was happy.As per our conversation I received my on 23/01/2017 and I paid Rs.14500/-(Rs.500/- for petrol).Your driver also acknowledged and signed on the bill, as I was in so hurry I didn't even check my car also as it's trusted brand to me. After two days I found that scratches on the left door and on the bonnet was remained same. Even I found that they didn't refill water in wiper also which comes under routine check up. Then I immediately called up Mr.Aniruddha and I was shocked after listening his answer that I have to claim insurance for those works and later on he gave me the number of Mr.Kingshuk of Chetla Service centre. Really I am very dissatisfied with your poor service and your employee's customer commitment level.I have also given my feedback on your poor customer service to your Customer Care Executive as few days back got a call from them.
Now you are requested to look into this serious issue and resolve it.
