Ford India — Poor service by noida ford-pathetic and they derogate the ford brand with their statements | |||||
My car was services last month at noida ford, sector 63 noida. I was told it was a major service and then later i was called and told that the v belt was worn out. When asked about the life of the belt, i was answered that there is no much life to the ford parts. Anyways i got it replaced and the total cost of servicing was about 25000 inr, which according to me is a huge amount considering the cost of the car and for a service request with normal complaints as pick up and engine noise etc. Once the car was delivered, i had to take it back to them the next day as there was still so much of engine noise, and the steering wheel alignment was totally out. Which means no testing done from their end post servicing. The adviser kept on denying but finally accepted and fixed it. After couple of days i again had to take my car back to service center as there was a strange noise coming out of the engine. There was nothing done and the response i got was strange- "this is a problem with all cars, this cannot be fixed". I am driving this vehicle for past 4 years and this was the first time i came across this noise. How do i believe it is something that ford needs to fix in their design. Finally nothing was done and i am still driving the car with that strange noise, no pick up, poor mileage after paying 25000 for service.
