Ford India — Poor service & no response from customer care | |||||
TN 09 BH 7312 Ford Figo Dealer Name - Eureka Ford, Chennai. I had given my car for device in July month and during that time they did not informed about the invoice part that cannot be given as some issue of changing dealership. They committed to give after 10 days but still no response and same reaction. Also they did a poor service without cleaning the mat and cabin inside during the delivery. After i raised this complaint in ford customer care on 25th August, [protected] - no response from ford. This shows the attitude towards the customers and now we will not be able to go with any ford vehicles for our current and future requirements.
