This is to bring in your notice regarding my Vehicle Ford EcoSport DL3CCC1407, the average of my Vehicle is very less, for which i have visited Riddhi Ford Okhla Service center approx 7 times, but no resolution yet, apart from average there is a sound in rear door, which is also not fixed yet. As per riddhi service Floor in charge Mr. Pawan, both the issues can't be solved as these are something ford end issue.The behavior of Mr. Pawan is also very rude and also i have been given wrong estimates by him for service work.
I logged complaint with Ford Customer care, complaint no :[protected], from 26th Aug 2014, i am sending continues mails to them, but of no use, No resolution is yet provide, i have received one call of Mr. Negi from Riddhi Ford Okhla, stating we can't help you to increase average of vehicle, i am trying to make them understand that there is a black thick smoke on silencer which should be there, but they are not ready to understand and saying me go anywhere we are least bothered and not supporting me at all.
Even i send lot of reminder mails to Ford customer care at [protected]@ford.com, but of no use, not heard back from them. Current average of vehicle in city is 10 to 12 KMPL and on highway it is 14 - 16, where i am running my vehicle not more than 80 KMPH, earlier my vehicle was giving good average on highway and city both, but not after first service. ARAI approved average on highway is 22.7KMPL.
I am seeking justice from Consumer Court now, please look into my matter and help me out.
