Y vehicle car brand ecosport - py01cb 8586 with the fault in a/c repair was left with the authorized service dealer at pondicherry. While attending to rectify the faults the rear seat was removed and the lock got damaged and the service engineer mr. Thangaraj representing sarveesh group agreed to rectify the same in the next service time and by the that time we would complete the formalities for getting the damaged spare repalcement approval from the company. This happened during the month of march 2017.
Subsequently last month when attending some minor faults, with the same service dealer again they failed to complete the pending lock replacement issue with the newly appointed service manager thirupathy.
Now my car is at the service station in puducherry for the past three days and they are refusing to replace the lock damaged by the service team. Without replacement i am not prepared to take delivery of my vehicle from the service station.
This may please be properly addressed by the concerned team so as to rectify the lock replacement.
