Paid around 9.6 lakhs still not received the car . Lathangi Ford says they have used my money in paying salaries and do not have the cash to buy cars from Ford India so they can not deliver the car . They promised to refund handed over 2 cheques but both the checks have bounced.

This is the response I have been receiving from last 2 months from Ford India Customer support team: I have lost my patience today and want to share with rest of the world so that they understand what they are getting into with Ford India.

Every time I send them an email, Ford India send below reply:😡

We wish to reiterate, however, that Ford sells vehicles to its dealers on a principal to principal basis, and only after Ford receives full payment for each vehicle. The dealers then sell the vehicle to the retail customers. Ford has no control over the terms of the sale between a dealer and its customers and Ford has no responsibility for the sale. Ford has no liability for the stated non-refund of the advance amounts paid by you to Lathangi Ford Ford. Similarly, Ford has no liability to deliver cars in lieu of the amount not refunded by Lathangi Ford to you.
