Ford India — registration and sell commitments | |||
Hi, i had booked a vehicle in 2017 and as per the commitment by the sales person was not being provided and damaged the vehicle during taken for registration. However i had sent several mail communications but the result was negative. Now i saw the RC book is provided with different model and required to be change, but the same situation, they are not supporting for their fault as they done for all from the day booking of the vehicle. attaching communications with brief in details.
