Ford India — repair of my ford endeavour titanium 3.2 titanium 4wd | |||
This is ankit sharma from jammu (J&k), india. I purchased ford endeavour (3.2 titanium 4wd) from jainco ford last october. The vehicle is barely 06 months old and only run 7000 km but its very disheartening to tell you that my sunroof got non functional and was stuck wide open almost a week back. Moreover, the anti-theft alarm blows off on its own on many occasions now. The vehicle was then placed at the dealership for a day after which they returned the vehicle claiming that it has been repaired. However, the state it has been returned is really appalling as wires are hanging out of rearview motor and sunroof making strange noises. This is ford’s flagship vehicle worldwide and these kinds of faults and response from dealership is just unexpected. I request you to redress the issue at the earliest. Awaiting an early response.
