Ford India — repairing of vehicle

Problem details :submitted my car to ford india on 7-3-2017 but till date his car was not repaired when ever i contacted to them they said that parts are not available and same times give false commitment to me for that send so many mail to them but no positive response.
Not even road side assistance provided
