Ford India — salasar ford dealer staff miss behavior

Hi i am sujit andhale
i own ford figo vehicle, i went to your dealer at ahmedngar, mharastra, salasar ford show room midc ahmednagar dated-04/06/2018 to purchase ford aspire sport vehicle, and i had agreed to exchange my vehicle with the new one. As discussed with your sales executive i had asked him today dated 12/6/2018
that you didn't took my follow up regarding the vechicle, at that moment sales executive misbehaved and spoke arrogantly, why should i take your foolow up, hearing our argument sales manager jumped into the situation and said we dont want to sell you our car, it doesn't matter if we lose one customer, we are self contained we dont need customers we work on our own terms.
Being a customer i am shocked with the behaviour of the staff, are these normal standards of the company to misbehave with customers and ill treat them saying dont need customers and it doesnt matter our income, kindly look in the matter as they are not doing favour selling cars cause in return we pay them with currency
