Ford India — Second hand vehicle sold

Dear sir,

I have purchased one ford figo titanium on Jul 2015, chassis no. MAJ1XXMRJ1EL21086, registration no, WB 26 T 5731 DT. 21/07/2015. When I have asked for Roadside assistance they have told me as my vehicle life was 03 yrs I have to pay the charge. Yesterday when I enquired in this matter I find that my vehicle entry in your system is July 2014. That means your dealer had sold me a second hand vehicle. Now I am putting all this matter in consumer forum.

They are not serious enoigh in this matter.

Updated by somnath960 your service centre situated in Chetla is also doing total unsatisfactory job, while doing denting and painting they are not matching the colour with other portion of the vehicle but charging the full amount.
