Ford India — Service Issue from Suryabala ford kalapatti

Dear Sir/Madam

This is a painful mail from a loyal ford customer..

I have regularly serviced my Ecosport TN37CH6447 at our ford service centre since 2014 ... This time I had a painful bitter experience from Kaalapatti Surya Bala ford.

Have given my vehicle for Engine pickup problem along with regular service on 16.03.22. (Have clearly mentioned my complaint - Engine Jerk, RPM auto raise, and no response from engine) with service engineer (check attached job card point no 6)

Vehicle delivered on 18.3.22 at doorstep.
(I was out of station at that time, hence requested them to deliver at door step)

I trusted their service and started using the vehicle on 30.3.22 to travel to my native(450 kms one way trip) Drived away 40 kms from Coimbatore, i felt the engine Jerk started increasing and RPM raised automatically more than before.. immediately i called Surya Bala and what's app the details to them (check attachment on km reading instrument screenshot along with what's app conversation) they suggested to visit back to Surya Bala or asked me to visit Madurai Akshaya ford, which is far away and i am not in a position to visit there, hence managed and travelled.

I came back on 5.04.22 and given my vehicle for service again at Kaalapatti Surya Bala ford.

* Now the trouble started*
1.On 16.3.22 (1St time of service) i asked the testing driver(or mechanic) to drive the vehicle little long to check the RPM raising issue and Jerk, but he drive not even 1 km and told me no issue found, even after i insist him again and again to make him to understand the Jerk issue.
2.On 05.04.22 again i visited the service centre and asked the same testing mechanic to drive the vehicle little long to understand the same issue happened again .But he refused and told me that there was limited testing driver(mechanic) available at that time and he denied, Later i forced him then he drove it 2 kms distance and found and told me that clutch issue is there caused for engine Jerk & RPM raise.
3.On 7.04.22 (5PM) they told me to change clutch and flywheel etc components... Which costs around 23k+ they quoted also asked me to visit service centre to check the status of the parts.. I said, calling and asking to visit immediately is not possible (By 5 pm) and told him to manage on his own (pls note 5pm conversation) and i planned to visit today (8.4.22)

4.When i Called today @ 8.04.22 (9.45 am) they told they finished changing the clutch plate and not able to anything

My concern is if they serviced it properly on 1st visit then it would not happen ...

Request your help and support to save my hard earned money and trust on ford service as well...
