Ford India — Spare parts are not available in service stations.

I bought ford ecosport car on October 2020 in Chennai. Due to the lock down I came to my home town it's around 200 km from Chennai.
Here the problem is, Today I took my car to the service station due to petrol leak issue ( seems rat put a hole).
Service center person is saying they will deliver the car in 5 days atleast, Due to lack of spare part availability ( interestingly spare part or oil pipe is not available in Chennai plant too).
How a person can leave a new car in service center for 5 days for a small issue.
Last year during lockdown I got a same issue with my grand 10 car the Hyundai service took just 1 days to get the spare part and fix.

Seriously I'm not going to recommend any of my friends to by the Ford cars.
