Ford India — taking booking with wrong commitment date knowingly

Dear sir/mam,
I am r. Thirunavukarasu from coimbatore. I have booked ford ecosport titanium + model white color in rajshree ford, erode on 08.03.2018 on promising delivery date on 15.03.2018 from the sales representative mr. Boopabalan (Ph: [protected])

I have re-confirmed with the sales representative number of times upon the delivery date and he too said he is sure on delivering the car on the said date. But today after myself arranging all the finance and payments ready, he is speaking in a different way that shipment from chennai is not ready yet and he cannot deliver on the same day, infact not able to deliver by this week itself.

I have also been contacted by mr. Arun - sales manager (Ph: [protected]), he is saying that he cannot commit any dates until or otherwise the shipment is despatched from chennai. But none of them had insisted this on the time of my booking.

Now they are telling that they can deliver within this month. I feel betrayed by the dealership in erode. Is this the way ford dealers provide commitment to the customers? I am very much confused and felt cheated.

I have attached the booking confirmation along with this. Can i have a solution for this? Now i am not even given a date from the dealership. They are saying that we cannot say the date by now.

Yup! This is exactly what has happened to me.
I've even paid the advance amount of 3.4 L and also handed over the bank loan disbursement document of 10 L.

YET, I've been told that there's a delay in manufacturing even after waiting for over THREE MONTHS.
Booking was made on 27th of Nov 2017.

Their process is pathetic honestly. Seems they didn't expect the hike in demand.
This is to inform that I had purchased ford ecosport in your ford company dealers erode recently 5th March and after that they are not at all responding for temporary registration as well as for other concern. As a valuable customer, I strongly condemn the way after they treated us. Take immediate action.
