Ford India — tcs collected by lathangi ford dealer and not deposited

I bought ford endeavour in september 2016 through lathangi ford bangalore. During purchase an amount of over 30k was collected as tcs but never deposited to the government. I now have the liability to pay that amount. I have raised complaint about this to ford india, but they are washing off their hands and unwilling to help. Very sad. My number is [protected]
