Ford India — unethical behaviour for ford car service | |||
Whilst taking a ford fiesta classic for a routine service of a less than 5 year old car the service manager at odisha ford started to bring up all sorts of problems that did not exist to increase the cost price of maintenance. For instance, he kept insisting that the car tyres had low treads and would not prove it, whilst at the service station the report showed the car tyres were fine. He also showed that the replacement price of some of parts at a higher price insisting that they needed replacing. Later he used the tack of bringing the price down to the correct price point insisting that he had delivered savings to the customer. These practices are unethical behaviour that should not be practiced to increase service business. Was this information helpful? | |||
