Dear Team Ford, I, Rimjhim Sakia purchased Ford Endeavor in year 2020, and last month after heavy rainfall I suddenly noticed the appearance of yellowish patch appeared on my vehicle (Diamond White color) at front right side near bumper and on the side of bonnet, which was very annoying and surprising for me considering the brand value Ford has, and the heavy amount I invested in purchasing the vehicle. I request you to pay your visit once to inspect the vehicle so that this issue could be rectified, and as per the color warranty it should not happen before 3 years. I further request you people to get this sorted out at your earliest as it's easily getting noticed by people around me, which might become an issue for brand like Ford to others. Dear Team Ford,

I request you to pay your visit once to inspect the vehicle so that this issue could be rectified, and as per the color warranty it should not happen before 3 years.
