[Resolved] Ford — poor and costly service atharpreet ford, sahibabad | |||
i bought a ford figo up 14cc 4907 purchased in nov 13 is giving continuous problems..after 3 months a manufacturing defect in front windshield as a fineline crack was not accepted by them as a manufacturing defect and was charged to me. even the policy they gave was zero insurance and charged a hefty claim amount at harpreet ford. for more then 1 week week i was without a car as they delayed on everything.this month a denting complaint for front bumper and back side door was handed over to them on third. after claiming from insurance they are charging Rs. 5k extra. even today they have done no repairs on the car and are delaying delivery. the service is the worst i have faced in my life and im so fed up with myself that why did i buy a ford car. rgdslokesh[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
