Utterly disappointed...helpless...these are the words that come into my mind. Heard very high about the esteemed service center, but did not expect that I would end up having a pathetic experience.
After keeping my car (Figo) in the garage for 2 dyas, they returned my vehicle with "Broken Steering", which I am not aware of and started on over-night journey without knowing the issue.
I never had this steering issue and no clue of broken steering. My car broke down in the middle of the journey during night with kids travelling with me. I had to complete the journey by renting another car as I have family and kids with me.
I am sure, they never checked the dashboard after dismantling it for AC repair. This is utter nonsense.
After 10 days, I got a call from the service manager (I don't want disclose his name) based on my negative feedback. He does not have any patience to listen what happened and the state of the car. He just asks rudely "where is the car now?" and the next day I got a message saying that a booking has been scheduled with ford.
The funniest part is, I got the payment link in the same message asking me to keep for future references.
So, I need to get my car service again ...and pay again...for the mistake that is made by your esteemed "Vibrant ford" guys. How pity is this?
Dear Service manager, first of all ...please be trained on how to talk to customers...we are not here to bear your frustration or rudeness...whatever it is. Don't you think we owe an apology for all the torture that we went through?
All in all...its a bitter experience ...people should think twice before leaving your vehicle with the in-experienced guys like these.
I have already spent 50K for service bill and I need to spend more to get the new issue repaired. I need some one from Ford to look into this and resolve.
