I received my order after a number of follow ups with customer service.
This time also I received a defective product (F[protected], this is very unprofessional behaviour by forever21 team.
And your website does not have an exchange option so you should do a quality check at your end.
Because you are wasting customer time and value.
Such behaviour is not acceptable from the brand, it feels like I am purchasing from the local market.
