Forever 21 — They not process refund. Even not ship 1 item.

I placed an order 28th of Dec, total 6 items.
I requested return and get refun 2 of them. I got an email from foever21 after return picked up, and that email says processing refund with a wrong item. After that, they’re replying to me” Wait 24-48hours for return quality check”
Those items came with someone hair in a box and has scars with another item.
AND, 1 of the item is still not ship even I can’t cancel it on website and they don’t cancel it. Their policy said,

Forever21 Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.

The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call from our customer care informing you the same. Only after your confirmation, the order will be shipped to you. In the unlikely situation, if you are not available on your mentioned phone number, an e-mail will be sent to you informing the same.
